Cous cous base

(2 porzioni ca.) 

120g cous cous 

120g acqua 

1.5 cucchiai olio 

Mescolare cous cous con l’olio 

Far bollire l’acqua, salare e buttare tutto dentro, coprire per 2 min 

Aggiungere gli altri ingredienti, terminare la cottura per altri 3 min 

Far riposare per 10 min 

es. cipolla, curcuma, peperoncino, aglio, peperone, zucchina, carota, coriandolo
